About the event

Place of Last Drink (POLD) is a law enforcement and community strategy data are collected on

where individuals involved in alcohol-related incidents last consumed alcohol to identify

establishments with a pattern of overserving intoxicated patrons. These data, gathered from

various alcohol-related incidents such as impaired driving, assaults, public nuisances, etc. help

communities target interventions, educational efforts, and regulatory actions toward specific

bars and restaurants that contribute to over service and other harms.
